A restart was performed and service was fully restored.

Identified - Ops team reports that we're experiencing an unexpected service outage of the main service. We're doing the best to identify the root cause and restore the service. we will update shortly.

Resolved - Ops team reported that there was a load on the database which impact the service and most of the users.
We identified the root cause and worked to isolate it and resolve the issue. The service is back to normal state now.
